Step 6: Project Delivery

The final stage involves a hand-off of the translated files to you. This will include an invoice for the outstanding amount due on the project. The files can be emailed to you, or we may send you a special link to download the files from a secure location on our Web site.

Sometimes, clients may request that the translation be certified. In certain countries, certification is required to validate a translation of a birth certificate or other legal document. We can provide you with notorized copies of the translated files, which will satisfy the certification requirements of other governments. The best way to determine your specific certification/notorization needs is to discuss it with us during the Project Assessment stage.

In any case, the finished files you receive will be ready for your immediate use.
